Our aluminum foundry casting capabilities include melt systems from 10K lb. to 55K lb., multiple finishing cells including vibratory de-burr to short blast, as well as 26 die casting machines ranging from 385T to 1600T. The Cascade Die Casting Group foundry also offers a complete compliment of CNC machining capabilities including vertical, horizontal, turning, and multiple drill and tap “smart” cells.
