During the aluminum pressure die casting manufacturing process molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into a die casting machine. By using our shot monitoring and closed loop system approach, the resulting castings are consistently able to meet the product application with a high degree of dimensional accuracy. Secondary operations can further enhance the dimensional accuracy of the casting thereby increasing the value add and overall capability of the die casting.
