Together with the customer team an abbreviated timeline, |

and design direction was agreed upon. Weekly meetings |

were held with both teams together. |

Development: |

Two months later, stereolithograhy parts were completed |

|
|
|
|
as well as rubber plaster parts. Customer assemblies were |
|
|

|
completed and tested for fit and function. Design iterations |
|
|
|
|
|
were implemented. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Using solid model data, production tooling was launched |
|
 |
|
|
|
and completed within approximately 3 months. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
One month later, initial sample approval was gained and |
|
|
|
|
first parts shipped for production builds. |
