CDCG’s Atlantic Division newly installed 1600T machine along with state of the art single piece traceability via robotics. The ever increasing demands from the marketplace for single piece part traceability has been met with the new system, which can be read after shot blast. CDCG now has the ability to maintain the DNA of every casting produced, tied back to Visi-trak shot monitoring. This system was recently displayed at the 2018 NADCA Convention in Indianapolis.
Cascade Die Casting Group/Atlantic Division has recently created a new, fully automated CNC cell. Robotics are employed to reduce operation costs, improve part to part dimensional capability and optimize throughput. Cascade Die Casting Group is advancing their abilities to employ robotics for safety, cost improvement, floor space utilization, and overall operating efficiencies.
